Alfa Tourism in NZ

My girlfriend and I are taking vacation on the South Island of New Zealand.
I'd like to do some Alfa tourism, and maybe stop at a boneyard for a Euro
manifold.  Can any Kiwi digesters recommend someplace to stop, preferably
around Christchurch?  Thanks.
