They all do that! <g> Seriously, is it the engine or the driveline.  My late Milano
always had a rattling noise that went away with slightest revs.  It was the
driveline.  If this is a new sound, check out the driveline for wear, (esp. chunks
out of donuts,) or misalignment. If really engine related, I have no input.
