Hi Alfisti:

I got a little chuckle from Doug Mumford's "Tire Guy" saying that Nokia can test snow tires year 'round up on the Arctic Circle.  I was back in Finland twice in the last 4 years visiting relatives and each time I went up to Rovaniemi, which is on the Arctic Circle.  Both times we got off the plane and it was 75F.  At 11:00pm.  No snow in the summer!!
