good movie

Only a few incidental Alfas in it, but I re-saw John Frankenheimer's movie
"Grand Prix" last weekend, and what a feast it is for a fan of 60's cars and
racing.  Just off the cuff, you get to see, fully alive, Jochen Rindt,
Graham Hill, Jo Siffert, Bruce McLaren, Jimmy Clark, Richie Ginther, [the
still-alive] Phil Hill, plus lots of real and disguised Formula One cars,
and some nice sports cars and sedans.  The story admittedly is a little
weak, the movie is quite long (3 hours), and some of the "trick" 60s film
techniques have not stood the test of time, or video conversion, well, but
damn, just seeing those drivers and those cars is a treat.
