Alfa Romeo engines in fighter planes and powerboats

Hello Alfisti,

Anybody knows where can I find more info regarding Alfa Romeo's RL motor 
used in the fighter planes during WW2 and which planes actually used them ?

Also about Alfa Romeo powerboats back in the 40's. Was Alfa just an engine 
supplier or did they actually built some racing powerboats ???
