Leak from Cam pulley of V6

Hi All,

I seem to be getting some oil leakage on the cam belt cover of my Alfa 90
V6. It is concentrated on the inspection cap of the cam covers and leaking
towards the
outside of this cap.
I know it's not leaking from the camshaft front oil seal, so where is this
oil coming from?

Does the bolt that holds the cam wheel to the cam shaft have an oil seal in
it?
