wrists...
Alfetta/GTV/GTV6/Guilietta/90/75:As noted by Tom.
Alfa 164: Stepper motor gears: To replace, obtain T1000 Terminator, or
mortgage your house.
Lancia Beta/HPE: Motor auxiliary drive shaft. To replace, remove head from
motor.
Lancia Stratos: Radiator coolant pipes. To replace, remove entire interior
of car.

I'm sure there's more - has anyone else recorded staggering examples of
design engineers who don't know which way round to hold a spanner?
