67 Duetto restoration

In the process of restoring my duetto,bare metal respray completed.
Now lets suppose that the DCO,(dumb current owner), decided to
dissemble his steering box. 41 ball bearings in hand, what the heck do I do 
now. Would rather not buy a new box, anyone ever put one back together. 
Factory did it at, anyone know the trick?? Fred? please don't flame me too 
hard.
