Chip Schug's milano Q's

Chip, about the rough running/hard starting Q, sounds as though your 
Cold Start Valve is sticking open, or being TOLD to stick open by the 
temp sender. Check the connectors on the thermostat housing.

As far as your other Q's, not sure, not enough information: what kind of 
noise etc....
