John,
rocker panel is the part below the door.  I never learned the Brit word
for it when employed to repair MG's ,triumph's, Jag's and so on.  I can't
imagine why , I just didn't.

Bondo is technically a brand name and they make a number of different
products.  However the name is used to mean any plastic body filler
usually of the non fiber reinforced catalyst hardened styrene variety.

Headers and exhaust manifold are not completely interchangeable terms. 
exhaust manifold usually refers to a casting that connects all exhaust
ports in a cylinder head to a single pipe.  Header usually refers to a
welded up from tube and plate affair.  Alfa's 2 into 1 castings don't
seem to fit in to either category but when pushed most of us say they are
 cast headers.
