GTV6 Exhaust Mods

I've replaced the cat on my 86 GTV6 with a set of
Shankle straight pipes, which I'm generally pleased
with. The only "problem" I have is slightly less
ground clearance, but it's not a big deal.

I've been told that getting rid of the stock middle
muffler, using straight pipes instead, and replacing
the stock rear muffler with something like an Ansa is
a good way to go, which seems to make sense based on
the pancake design of the middle muffler. But people
who have given me this advice still have their cats.

Questions:

(1) Since I've removed the cat, will replacing the
middle muffler with straight pipes result in too
little back pressure?

(2) Will an Ansa, or Stebro, make much of a difference
since they are both supposedly "free flow" but they
don't appear to be "straight through" (i.e. no
baffles) designs like the Magnaflow which I'm using in
place of the middle muffler on my GTV with a small
resonator and a GTA straight pipe in the rear (this
works really %#@%%^^&& well!).

(3) Has anyone had experience on a GTV6 with a
straight through design like Magnaflow as a rear
muffler?

What do the digesti say about GTV6 exhaust mods?

Thanks in advance.
