Tend to agree with Ollie that the gearstick plus and minus is not intuitive
for ex-manual drivers. It takes a bit of getting used to especially if you
are used to the flow from 1st to 2nd gear in manuals. If you check the
www.alfa156.com site, even they admit this but have used the current setup
because tiptronic has set the precedence for this.
