Single stalk chromed bulbous turn signal

Hello,
Looking to see if any has or knows where I can obtain the early italian
single stalk chromed bulbous turn signal assembly. Have seen them on
early Maserati's and Ferrari's. They must have been used on other
italian cars.

Any help appreciated.
