My sentiments exactly!! And around here, most of them are!

I've stayed out of the "red light" issue since we have no signal
lights in the tri-county area (about the size of New England). We
do have plenty of stop signs in the towns. Needless to say, we
have a high number of stop sign runners, an offense that I feel
is just as offensive as red light runners, maybe more so.

We also have folks, mostly geriatrics, who stop at uncontrolled
intersections. Sometimes they get nailed from behind. It takes
TWO idiots to make a collision. (Note - I did not use the word
"accident" as I feel their is no such thing as an "automobile
accident," only collisions.) We also have a high number of single
vehicle rollovers. This is due to the high number of high
clearance vehicles, SUVs and pickup trucks operated by
incompetent folks trying to drive mountain roads as if they were
in an Alfa, or the like.

Then their is this fool in an Alfa Romeos doin' 100+ mph on
deserted roads every chance he gets...
