Consider the ideal family transportation module.
Rear seat for three up to adult size people: check,
Luggage capacity for a family of five, travelling anywhere: check,
Air conditioning for those hot muggy days: check,
Stereo cassette to play soothing or entertaining music etc for those long 
trips: check,
Additional roof top storage available reachable by normal sized people from 
the ground: check,
Excellent fuel economy: check,
High performance:check,
Great handling:check,
Excellent brakes:check,
Fantastic Italian coachwork:check,
Very high top speed:check,
A vehicle you find yourself dreaming about, and you already own one....

Why oh why would anyone sell their 164 because they were expecting another 
child? Oh, sorry a fourth child you say? I understand.

Otherwise don't ever make the mistake of assuming a minivan is more 
convenient, they're not. Remember the four door sedan was invented to 
convey a family of five in superb comfort and safety anywhere you want to 
go, with the luggage stored safely outside the passenger compartment. If 
you buy a van you're all essentially riding in the trunk.
