Digest web site down?

Is the digest web site down? I've got a hot lead on a 164 for sale and 
would like to check out the FAQ section. I've been having troubles 
accessing it all day, even using the link provided in the digest mailing. 
It's times like these that I remember how much I appreciate the digest and 
Richard Welty's efforts. Come to think of it, it's time I sent another 
donation. Where are we supposed to mail checks these days?
