Milano rear motor mount R&R

In the process of replacing the driveline doughnuts on
my '87 Milano, I noticed that the rear motor mount
also needs renewal. The problem is getting a good
angle to push out the old and in the new mount. Any
tricks that would help me in this endeavor?
