Related to Lotus Cortinas and GTAs cornering with front wheels off the
ground, I read in a piece by one of the former factory Lotus Cortina
mechanics that this was due to greatly increased front end roll stiffness,
far beyond what was stock or legal.  Does that make sense?  It could also
apply to the GTA, right?
