the engine will come out by simply dropping the sway bar, you remove the two
bushing straps and just lower hte sway bar..no need to disconnect from the
suspension a-arm brackets. Repacling the rubber bushings can lead to a
number or problems due to seized sway bar connections. Sometimes, simply
compressing the sway bar rubber bushing metal straps using a suitable hammer
can eliminate the play in the bushings for many years.
