Milano/75 Heater fan has packed in

Is there anywhere in the manual that shows how to get at the fan? I have
the Cardisk.
The wiring diagram appears to show a fuse adjacent to the fan, anybody
know where this is kept?
Where is the ground/earth connection.
Any other ideas about what usually causes such a fault?
