Milano "load leveler"

I'm not sure what the correct term is for it, but I'm looking for a used
(preferably leaky) Milano "load leveler".  It's a small box maybe 3"x4"x2" that
is mounted just behind the Dedion tube on Milano's with the self leveling rear
suspension system.  You can't buy a rebuild kit, so I'd like to open one up
myself and try to reseal it.

Thanks for any leads.  I already checked with APE.
