spark plug gap

Fellow Digesters,

I've got a Marelli Plex 201 on my Alfetta.  Recently I changed the spark 
plugs and decided to go with the recommended 0.6 mm instead of the previous 
0.8 mm gap.

Although the cold starts are about the same (I would have expected an 
improvement), the car has trouble starting after a 1 hour pause.

Anybody knows what's the recommended gap with the Marelli Plex?
