You might try Kinsale Pub on 3rd. Ave around 93rd. An Irish (not
Irish-American) staff, many satellite TVs, and unusual for NYC, not all
tuned to the Yanks or Knicks. I go here to watch euro soccer; it is a good
bet that they would put on F1 for you.
