If the half-shaft is rubbing on the spring on a Milano, something is
really out of position.
The little red light in the lower corner is for the brake-pad wear sensor.
Fuse #6 feeds the windshield wiper and a few interior goodies.
Fuse #8 is essential to the motor in the run position, #5 on start.
Sure that switch with the blue marker is stock? I've seen such switches,
often grey, for auxiliary lights (driving or front fog). Switch position
is arbitrary and interchangable.
