Alfa-Romeo veicoli industriali

Ciao!
I happen to own a 58.000 km driven perfect-condition -72 F12 Ambulance,
which my father brought for me from Trieste, Northern Italy, where he
worked in a heavy navaldiesel factory called Grandi Motori few years
ago.
It has all the original equipment (like the lamps and watersinks) though
it's been used only to deliver post from the factory to the city center
just a few kilometers away. This is because the company had it only
because the Italian laws expect factories with over 5.000 employees to
have an own ambulance.
When bought, it was waiting to get scuttled and costed us only about
450.000 lire or 1.500 FIM, though it was fully ready for any action.
Funny thing is that I have just heard that there is a really sad-looking
A12 in Italy for sale with a price of 15.000.000 lire!
Techically, it has a 1.300 ccm giulia engine with one solex carb
producing much torque but only about 60 horsepowers. It's rustfree body
is hand-built on an external chassis and is actually quite beautiful
from all perspectives. Everything works like new and the enormous noise
from the siren gives us a lot bigger grin than what you describe as the
real alfa-smile!
Most interesting thing in it is, that it's 4-speed gearbox seems to be
more like from a GTa than from any other 105-series car.
Anyway, as you can guess I have become quite keen on finding any
information on these Furgones or Autocarri 12's. Still, all I have found
is few pictures of an 1976 Italdesign prototype-taxi from the net and
from a fellow entusiasti a scanned copy of an article called 'Nuovo
industriali veicoli' from a old issue of Quatrofoglio. Therefore, I
would be most happy if just any of you could help my search, including
also Alfa's other industrial products such as the Romeo, 450 truck and
the Saviem-designed light vans A/F 10 &11.

Happy drivings,
Antti Korhonen (a member of the Club Alfa Romeo Finland CARF and SLA
ry).
