195/65-14 tire availability

Just go with the 195/60-14: the diameter difference isn't a problem (it's
just over 100 rpm different at 3000 rpm), and as you have found there aren't
many decent performance tyres available in 195-65. Even 60 profile tyres are
considered "tall" these days.
