14 inch tires in many sizes are becoming NLA. Although it's more money,
I would go to a 15" rim. That gives you a lot more choices in tire sizes.
The 195-60-14 you don't want to use is about 3/4" smaller in diameter
than the 195-65-14 you're trying to get. If you go 15", the 195-60-15
is only 1/4" larger than your original size, giving only 1% speedo error.
