Another emergency fix for spica cable...

I have suffered broken spica throttle cables several times over the years.
My fix to get home has been a shoelace which can be used to tie the broken
cable to the FI bellcrank or the throttle rod at he firewall.  In case I'm
not wearing one, the spair in the glove box dosen't take too much room...
