The "20" is a 20 mm bore and the "22" is a 22 mm bore. The larger bore
requires a little more effort to push but can move a larger volume of
fluid. The 22mm is standard on later US Spiders (91 - on?). It should
bolt right up. A little trick - if it's not already painted silver ,
clean it up and paint it silver using a good aluminized paint. US ones
are already painted that way to help reflect the heat from the #4
cylinder exhaust sitting right under it. I think that very late Spiders
also had some sort of heat shield that fastened to the upper exhaust
manifold studs. The heat is what causes the seals to dry out and start
leaking.
