Other than the Agnelli family the only one that needs to be convinced is
Chairman Paolo Frecsa. While he was born in Italy, he came from that most
American of companies good old General Electric. He was Vice Chairman, that's
right the #2 man at GE, under Jack Welsh. BTW FIAT just named Jack Welsh to
it's Board of Directors.
