Where should I put the tweeters in a spider?

I recently bought some speakers and tweeters for my late model spider.
Taking a look at other types of cars, I've seen tweeters mounted on the
door, dashboards, near the side mirrors, near the kick panels, etc.

Question: on a spider, where is the best place to place the tweeters?  Keep
in mind that if I place against the door, I will have to drill a hole in the
door panel.
