Don' t forget Lee also brought in the Pantera, set up a distribution network 
through Chrysler dealers for Alfa, set up an alliance with Maserati (although 
ill fated) and not least, did save Chrysler from the wretched excesses of 
Lynn Townsend, who nearly destroyed Chrysler with it's "fine Corinthian 
leather".
