Door sensors on Alfa 90

Hi all,

Does anyone know what type of mechanism is used to sense door opening on the
Alfa 90 (Alfa 75/Milano might have the same setup).

Is it embedded into the door lock mechanism? All I see is 2 wires going into
the door lock mechanism.
