164S Shift Knobs

I remember someone in the Bay Area (Mill Valley - I think) last week posted
a request for sources of new 164S shift knobs. Cammissa Motors in
Burlingame, CA has at least one left for about $62.  I just bought one for
mine and they do have at least if not more remaining.
