GTV seat bit needed

funny how the simplest pieces are always the hardest to find. but i won't
give up trying: 

for my 74 GTV passenger seat, i need the plastic cap that covers the metal
wheel assembly that reclines the seat. the outer part of the cap is black,
with finger indentations. the centre is silver. 

any providers?
