I FIXED IT???  Once again, thanks tot he digest I was able to troubleshoot
my A/C system to a bad ground.  Cleaned the existing wire connections and
"click" the compressor kicked in and blowing cold air.

I have not yet found a fuse behind the fuse panel so I can't check its
amperage.  Also, the in-line fuse under the hood, was on the right side of
the engine compartment, not the left.  BTW, it was an 8 amp fuse.

Thanks again and my financial contribution to the Welty Fund has paid for
itself many fold once again.
