True 100% throttle

Whatever you do, just make sure that your throttles are indeed wide open
when the 'gas' pedal is floored.  This is an extremely common problem with
Alfas, over time things have gotten worn and the throttles are not opening
fully when the 'go' pedal is pushed fully down.  Use a mirror to see the
angle of your throttle plates when you've mashed the pedal to the floor.
It's probably best to not have your motor running while you do this, unless
you're pretty quick.
