Just catching up-

  Another source for skinny 15" tires is as close as your favorite magazine rack. Pick up any magazine that caters to vintage VW's (VW Trends, etc.) 155 series tires usually aren't advertised, but I've seen 145 and 165 tires - quite affordable, too.   Sure, they're not Pirelli's, but still...
