The newer series of Guilietta sedans (saloons) was not imported into NA. A
few reside here in Calgary courtesy of an enthusiastic and substantial
Italian community. The Guilietta is beautiful, with excellent handling, and
suitable for regular daily driving. Their absence is one of the reasons
Alfa eventually failed in NA. All Alfa thought we would buy were sports
cars and big sedans. The best cars Alfa produces are the small and mid size
sedans. Go figure, as we say.
