Starter shoulder bolt, reason for

I think it might be worthwhile to mention the reason for the location of the
shoulder bolt for Alfa starters.  The location of the center hole is to
allow the starter to move up or down just enough to adjust the mesh of gear
teeth.  It's very little but important,I think.  Fred Di Matteo
