Oil in the water?

Hi all,
     Here is a question.  I have oil in my coolant.  Not a lot.  Enough.  
Shows up as sludge in the overflow.  NO water in the oil.  I have previously 
chg'd the gasket and had the head milled to perfection.  IF it's not getting 
past the gasket, how would it enter the coolant?
