AROC membership fee question

Hello,

I'm going to join AROC and the local affiliate. Is the membership fee per
car/family or per individual?

Regarding the bang shifting 4th to 5th posted this week: Had it in the shop
today. The drive donut got blown to pieces... It's fixed and there's a
pleasant and noticeable difference/improvement driving the car. The motor
mounts are shot too but I was told it's not vital to get them fixed
immediately. I'll have them done within reasonable time.
