Ordering parts

Question to one and all. Given the choice of (A) picking up the phone
and ordering Alfa parts, possibly catching the vendor on on off day,
perhaps not, giving them your credit card number and receiving the parts
in 3 to 4 working days or (B) going to a web site which is laid out so
you can easily and clearly find the part / parts, along with prices, for
your specific model; the prices are equal to or slightly less than the
order by phone vendor's; your credit card is on file so all you have to
do is make a few clicks to order (unless you're ordering a bunch); you
can do this 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; you receive your parts in 3
to 4 working days; it's assumed you know what you want without having to
ask questions - which would you prefer?
