164L AT oil, how much?

Anyone recently change AT oil in their 164L?  How many quarts are needed?  I 
know a little is left behind in the torque converter, and I don't trust the 
manual for accuracy.  I intend to special order Redline D4, and don't want to 
over invest at ($10/qt).
