CD2HTML help!

Hope this isn't too off-topic for the a-d. Looking for a little help with 
CarDisc conversion to HTML. I have the Spider 1982-1989 CD I'm trying to 
convert right now. I've installed and used it on my Mac with Virtual PC 
(Win95), but I'd rather have it in HTML format as it's easier to work 
with that way. 

I have downloaded the CD2HTML.EXE program mentioned in a prior alfa 
digest. It requires the ODBC Access stuff, so I downloaded all of that 
for Win95 and installed it. All went smoothly. I loaded the CDROM (drive 
E:) and have a 500MB, empty MS-DOS volume (drive D:) for output. CD2HTML 
is on my D: drive. I opened a DOS window and entered the command 
   d:cdhtml e: d:

It complained that it could not find the database. So where is the 
database and what's the appropriate input/output pathnames to use?
