GTV6 Handbrake mechanism

I had one fail on my alfetta GTV (it's the same I think). It was due to a
crack in the lever itself causing it to bend and the pushrod for the ratchet
to bind. Of course we do drive on the 'wrong' side of the road here and the
lever is slightly offset to the left side, so pulling it out of its natural
path of travel probably caused the failure in the first place.

It's fairly straightforward to replace the lever on its own though you will
need to drill out a rivet or two in the ratchet assembly.
