Oops, my mistake. I do recall that the LSD I referred to is termed a "viscous
coupling". At some point I made the incorrect assumption that the Torsen is an
equivalent. I still believe however that it is impractical to use anything
other than a viscous coupling for a FWD LSD. The only car I personally know of
with a Torsen is indeed RWD.
