Fuel and coolant flow in 2.0TS

Just a couple of quick questions.
1) Which way does the fuel flow through the fuel rail in the 2.0TS, from
front to rear or visa versa?
2) Which hoses connect to the header tank? I am assuming that the little
hose from the throttle body and the air bleed hose from the inlet manifold
flow into the tank. Where does the hose from the bottom lead to?
