V6 belt tensioner video on CD

I will soon have to replace my leaking timing belt tensioner with a
mechanical tensioner so I was looking though IAP catalog for the various
parts that I am going to need.  I saw that there is a special CD-ROM
with information/video clips on the tensioner.  Does anybody have a copy
of this?  Is it worth it or is most of the information regarding the
tensioner replacement available with the new tensioner instructions? 

Reading the shop manual, I got the impression that in order to remove
the tensioner, I will have to also remove the distributor pulley.  Is
the V6 cam turing tool necessary for this operation as it is described
in the manual or could some other wrench be used instead?
