Re: 164 headlight washer removal

Thanks to those who responded to my recent posting looking for some 164 items

I was fortunate to locate a pop up headlight washer at an Oz parts dealership.
Unfortunately it is still attached to its (damaged) bar and no-one seems to
have any idea how to remove it. Reluctant to try anything too violent as the
stalk assembly looks fairly fragile.

Anyone had any experience with taking these apart?
